Welcome to Vacantio, an online marketplace for booking accommodations and sharing experiences. By accessing or using our website at vacantio.net and our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

By using our services, you agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Services Overview
Vacantio provides a platform for users to connect, book, and list accommodations and experiences. Our role is limited to providing the platform; we do not own, control, offer, or manage any listings or accommodations.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
5. Listings and Booking
- Creating Listings: Users can create listings to offer accommodations and experiences. Listings must provide accurate, current, and comprehensive information. You represent and warrant that the listings you create are your own or you have the authority to create them.
- Booking Accommodations and Experiences: When you book a listing, you agree to pay all charges, including the listing price, applicable fees, and taxes. You understand that a confirmed booking is a limited license to enter, occupy, and use the accommodation.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, including:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringing the rights of any third party.
- Using the platform for any unauthorized purposes.
7. Payment Terms
Payments for bookings are processed through our third-party payment processor and other options specified in the payments area. By booking a listing, you authorize Vacantio to charge your payment method for the agreed amounts. Payment terms are subject to change based on the third-party processor.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be subject to the host’s cancellation policy and any additional terms that may apply. We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the event of a policy violation or other significant issue.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vacantio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vacantio and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the services, your listings, and your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through our services or by other means to give you an opportunity to review before they become effective.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
